Originally educated as a professional musician in four disciplines, Theo has been involved in all activities of what is now called DOB Equity, since its inception in 1997. Theo was the founding MD and became a member of the board from January 2009 onwards. Theo is driven by the social aspects and impact of DOB Equity’s ambitions, and a strong supporter to stimulating the realization of people’s potential. DOB Equity invests in social entrepreneurs that provide market based solutions to economic and social challenges and inefficiencies. In this process we involve all stakeholders to find sustainable solutions to complex issues.
